What we expect from our clients...

  • To provide an accurate personal health history during the first appointment


  • To have the area free of lotions, moisturizer and makeup (if possible) during treatments
  • To notify us 24 hours before your appointment by text, email or phone if you are unable to make it.
  • A 50% charge will be expected if an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment
  • A full payment will be expected if an appointment is cancelled 2 hours before the appointment or is a "no show"
  • Being late for an appointment will be included in the treatment timePractitioner/Client Expectations
